Mandarins from Belize consists of five gates and a translucent, accordion shaped fence. Painted in a syncopated pattern of eight colors, the overall appearance of the fence changes depending on the viewer’s position. The artwork was commissioned as part of the 1% for the arts program by the West Hollywood Urban Art Program/City of West Hollywood
